1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of slowmile.co and any purchases made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Slowmile & Co, registered in Estonia.
2. Products & Orders
All products are made to order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, production begins. Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
3. Payment
We accept payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over €50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide. Slowmile & Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at family@slowmile.co with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, text, images, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Slowmile & Co and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Slowmile & Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
